We have had such {sold out} success for our new winter Flight Nights Series. With our January dates complete and two more to go in February- we love the opportunity to mix and mingle with our friends in a relaxed, intimate setting. A great way to warm up and beat the winter blues! The small bites and food pairings have beautifully complemented the two featured wines in January- Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. We look forward to our Merlot and Syrah evenings the first and third Thursday in February. Jon continues to tell his colorful stories about the appellations we source from and the ways the growing seasons highlight different characteristics in the three vintages of the same varietal. We have been known to tap into the barrels to sample the future vintages, too!
